We found that the main sprocket had fallen off the shaft because the set screw backed out.

- removed both sprockets

- drilled & taped the set screws

-reinstalled the sprockets

- used a Come a long to pull chain back together because they installed with no adjustment

- set both up & down limits

- insured proper operation and lubed all components

- no issues security gate operates as it should
